  • Registration of the occurrence, change, termination of a movable property pledge, registration of a foreclosure on the subject of the pledge is carried out upon the application of the Encumbrancer (creditor, pledgee) of the established form. The application form can be downloaded at the link: https://nais.gov.ua/registers
  • The list of documents to be attached to the application (ONLY ORIGINALS!):
    • the applicant’s passport
    • if the applicant is an authorized representative – the relevant Power of attorney
    • if the applicant is an authorized representative of a foreign legal entity (company) – the Power of Attorney and an extract from the trade/commercial register of the country of origin of the legal entity

    COST (2025) of registration – from 1800 UAH, includes mandatory notarization of the applicant’s signature on the application in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 830 as of July 5, 2004, as well as the state registration itself.
