Stage 2 of inheritance registration
- Stage №2 (AFTER the expiration of the 6-month period from the date of death): direct issuance of the inheritance (issuance of title certificates for the inherited property and its registration in state electronic registers in the name of the heir)
COST:- includes numerous checks in unified and state electronic registers of Ukraine,
- includes issuance of the Property Title Certificate taking into account the number of heirs and the size of their shares in the inheritance,
- includes state registration of the inherited property in state electronic registers of Ukraine:
- Certificate for movable property (car, bank deposits or part thereof) – from 4,500 UAH.
- Certificate for immovable property (apartment, house, land plot or part thereof) – from 7,500 UAH.
- Agreement on the division of inheritance between heirs (executed before issuing Certificates of Inheritance to avoid and distribute multiple shares of several heirs in the same property) – from 8,000 UAH.
