Registration of real estate objects

• Attention! Notaries of the city of Kyiv are authorized to register rights (title/ownership, rent/lease) only to real estate objects located in the territory of the city of Kyiv (not the region), as well as Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk regions, Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
• Encumbrances are registered and removed regardless of the location of a real estate object.
• The list of documents to be submitted for state registration is determined individually in each case taking into account the client’s situation and in accordance with the requirements of Law No.1952 as of July 1, 2004 and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1127 as of December 25, 2015.
