• originals of the testator’s passport and ID code as well as his mandatory personal presence
• other data (about the person to whom the will is made, about the property being bequeathed, etc.) are entered into the will from the testator’s words (you can bring photocopies with you for accurate entry of data into the text of your will)

COST: from 2000 UAH, depends on the amount of property, number of heirs, testator’s special wishes (testamentary refusal, sub-appointment of the heir)
