Services Provided
  • (a) Powers of Attorney of all types:
    property disposal, operation of a car, management of money in a bank, interests and rights representation in courts and state bodies, execution of documents in bodies and institutions
    • originals of the principal’s passport and Ukrainian ID code
    • mandatory personal presence of the principal (presence of the representative is NOT required)
    • originals of the property document – for cases of notarization of Power of Attorney for property disposal

    COST: from 1000 UAH, depends on the scope of powers, number of powers segments, term of validity

  • (b) Wills
    • originals of the testator’s passport and ID code as well as his mandatory personal presence
    • other data (about the person to whom the will is made, about the property being bequeathed, etc.) are entered into the will from the testator’s words (you can bring photocopies with you for accurate entry of data into the text of your will)

    COST: from 2000 UAH, depends on the amount of property, number of heirs, testator’s special wishes (testamentary refusal, sub-appointment of the heir)

  • (c) Parental Consent for the Child to Travel Abroad
    • original passports and ID codes of the parent(s) signing the consent
    • original birth certificate(s) of the child(ren)

    COST: from 800 UAH, depends on the period for which the consent is issued, one or both parents give consent

  • (d) Apostille (for documents issued by notaries or civil registry offices of Ukraine only)
    • original document requiring an apostille

    COST: for documents from individuals – 1200 UAH. (including state fee 610 UAH.)

                  for documents from legal entities – 1800 UAH. (including state fee 1060 UAH)

    TIME: for documents issued by notaries – 1-2 business days

                  for documents issued by registry offices – up to 10 business days

Attention! An Extract (not an Excerpt!) from the Unified State Register for a legal entity is issued in accordance with the legislation WITHOUT affixing the signature and seal of the notary/registrar on it. Therefore, to obtain an apostille on the Extract from the Unified State Register, it is necessary to notarize and attach to the Extract a Statement from the representative/lawyer of the legal entity about the appropriateness of receipt and the authenticity of the Extract and only after that – to obtain an apostille.

  • (e) certification of translations of documents
    • original or copy of the document to which the translation will be attached and certified

    COST of certification of translation: from 300 UAH per document

    COST of performing the translation itself (only English and German) – an additional 250 UAH per page (8000 text characters)

  • (e) registration of Powers of Attorney certified by Consulates of Ukraine abroad
    • original power of attorney
    • original application for state registration certified by the Consulate (executed at the Consulate together with the Power of Attorney)

    COST: 900 UAH

  • (e) CONSULTATIONS on legal issues – from 1400 UAH for 30 minutes, availability of the documents regarding the case is necessary
